- Italy & European Union: Tracked air courier delivery in 7–12 business days (final delivery via Poste Italiane / SDA / GLS / local carrier).
- United States & United Kingdom: Dedicated tracked delivery in 6–10 business days (USPS / Royal Mail).

If your piece arrives damaged during transit, defective, or misprinted, we provide a 100% free immediate replacement or full refund. Simply email info@franklinunit.com within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
We accept returns within 14 days of parcel arrival. Garments must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags attached. Because each piece is created on demand, return shipping for personal preference or size choice is the customer's responsibility via tracked carrier.
